You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with shipping date confirmation and tracking information. The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, Labubu-clothing cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

All orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm AWST, Monday – Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEE

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.

If the courier has been delivered but the item is lost, the merchant and the buyer need to bear half of the responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Labubu-clothing. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and Issues: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@labubu-clothing.comTo be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused, with all tool kit items
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.

Return Conditions

🔄 Acceptable Claims (within 7 days):
✅ Critical Defects:

  • Broken parts, severe stitching flaws, missing limbs.
    ✅ Incorrect Items:

  • Wrong character/series shipped vs. order.
    ✅ Missing Items:

  • Entire box/accessories not delivered.

❌ Non-Acceptable Claims:
→ Packaging dents/damage (contact carrier)
→ Style preferences / color variations
→ Minor production tolerances (see below)

Product Standards

Packaging:

  • Reinforced shipping protection applied.

  • Note: Box dents/creases excluded from claims.

Production Tolerances:

  • Minor paint flaws, slight scratches, or glue traces.

  • Natural dye/texture variations.

  • Air bubbles in resin/acrylic parts.
    (Inherent to handmade collectibles)

Plush Items:

  • May require gentle reshaping after transit compression.
